铁路客车轴温报警器综合试验台设计

Design of the Comprehensive Test Stand for Axle Temperature Alarm Devices on Railway Passenger Cars

针对以往铁路客车轴温报警器试验台存在的问题,提出了轴温报警器综合试验台的总体方案。试验台采用基于单片机技术的硬件设计,以及模块化技术的软件设计,实现了报警器电源功耗检测、轴温精度检测、报警温度检测、传感器精度检测、绝缘电阻检测等功能。

In view of the problems existing in the test stand for axle temperature alarm device on railway passenger cars in the past,the overall scheme of the comprehensive test stand for axle temperature alarm devices is put forward.The hardware design on the basis of the single chip microcomputer technology and the software design of modular technology are applied in the test stand,such functions as the power supply consumption inspection,axle temperature accuracy inspection,alarm temperature inspection,sensor accuracy inspection and insulation resistance inspection are realized.
