京香2号水稻香味的遗传分析与SSR标记定位 被引量:1

摘要 以优良香稻品种京香2号为香味供体亲本,宁夏当地品种宁粳38号为受体亲本进行杂交,根据杂交后代植株香味的表现,对京香2号水稻品种香味性状进行遗传分析,并利用SSR分子标记方法对水稻香味基因进行初步定位。结果表明,水稻京香2号的香味性状是由单隐性基因控制;将香味基因Jx2(t)初步定位于水稻第8染色体,位于SSR标记RM339和RM6948之间,与2个标记间的遗传距离分别为13.6cM和9.4cM。该结果将有助于香味性状的分子标记辅助选择育种。 In this paper, F1 and F2 segreation population derived from a cross between fragrant rice va riety Jingxiang No. 2 and non-fragrant rice variety Ningjing No. 38 were used to study the inheritance of fragrance trait and initial mapping the fragrance gene by SSR molecular marks in rice. The results showed that the fragrance trait of rice variety Jingxiang No. 2 was controlled by one recessive gene and fragrance was recessive and non fragrance was dominant. TheJx2(t) fragrance gene was located be tween the SSR marker RM339 and RM6948 on rice chromosome 8, and the genetic distances was about 13.6 cM and 9.4 cM, respectively. This result will be greatly helpful to do molecular marker assisted selection of fragrance trait by SSR markers.
