摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH20以及反相C18硅胶等手段分离纯化,通过核磁共振氢谱和碳谱以及电喷雾电离质谱对大花五味子藤茎化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。采取卤虫生物检测法测试所得化合物对卤虫的毒杀活性。结果表明:从大花五味子的藤茎中分离鉴定出12个化合物,分别为乌苏酸、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸、科罗索酸、积雪草酸、2α,3α,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸、救必应酸、β-香树素、蒲公英赛醇、山楂酸、羽扇豆醇、白桦酯酸及(-)-表儿茶素。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离获得。生物活性测定表明,化合物2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸、科罗索酸及羽扇豆醇对卤虫幼虫表现出明显毒性,其半数致死质量浓度分别为25.8、25.2和28.0μg/mL。
sephadex 1H-NMR, asiatic aci maslinic a Twelve compounds were isolated from the stems of Sch LH20 and reverse phase C18 silica gel chromatography. 13C-NMR and ESI MS as ursolic acid, 2α, 3α-dihydroxyu d, 2α, 3α, 23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, 23-hydrix cid,lupeol,betulinic acid,and(-)-epicatechin. All these c plant for the first time. The bioassay indicated that compounds isandra grandiflora by silica gel, Their structures were identified by rs-12-en-28-oic acid,corosolic acid, yursolic acid, β-amyrin, taraxerol, ompounds were obtained from this ( 2α, 3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid, corosolic acid and lupeol) showed marked toxic activity against brine shrimps with median lethal concentration (LC50) values of 25.8, 25.2 5和 28.0μg/mL, respectively.
