摘要
旨在研究添加胡麻胶后三唑酮沉积量和残留量的变化及其对小麦条锈病的防效。结果表明,胡麻胶具有提高三唑酮沉积量和残留量的作用,药后第3天残留量的提高幅度最大。w=15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂在900g/hm2剂量下,于900L/hm2药液中加入600g/hm2胡麻胶,沉积量为1.291 9mg/kg,较不加胡麻胶提高24.86%;药后第3天的残留量为0.675 2mg/kg,较不加胡麻胶提高111.99%。胡麻胶具有提高三唑酮对小麦条锈病防效的作用,施药后第7天的防效为87.34%,较不加胡麻胶提高8.23%。
The research was conducted to evaluate deposit and residue of triadimefon enhanced by flax seed gum and control effect against wheat stripe rust (Puccinia striiformis). The results showed that flaxseed gum improved deposit and residue of triadimefon, the effect was the highest during the 3 d af- ter spraying. Adding 600 g flaxseed gum to 900 L solution of 15% triadimefon WP(900 g/hm2), the deposit of triadimefon was 1. 291 9 mg/kg, increased by 24.86% compared with no adding flaxseed gum. The residue was 0. 675 2 mg/kg during the 3 d after spraying, increased by 111.99% compared with no adding flaxseed gum. Flaxseed gum had control effect of triadimefon against wheat stripe rust, the control effect was 87.34% during the 7 d after spraying, increased by 8. 23% compared with no adding flaxseed gum.
