高校辅导员工作学生满意度测评体系研究 被引量:10

摘要 "辅导员工作学生满意度"是学生对辅导员提供的各项教育、指导和服务的质量与效果的满意程度。从学生需求出发,构建了辅导员工作满意度测评指标体系,测评结果能让辅导员认识到自身工作的优缺点。高校辅导员通过加强对测评工作重要性的认识,提高为学生服务的意识;加强学生需求调研,开展个性化、差异化的教育、指导和服务;及时反馈服务结果,化解和减低学生抱怨;加强学习和培训,不断提高为学生服务的能力,能有效提高学生满意度。
