寿胎丸治疗先兆流产164例分析

Analysis on 164 cases of threatened abortion treated with Shoutai pills

目的:观察寿胎丸对先兆流产的临床治疗效果,初步探讨其作用机理。方法:选取符合纳入标准的先兆流产患者328例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各164例。治疗组给予寿胎丸治疗,对照组给予地屈孕酮治疗,治疗7天后观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组治愈81例,有效74例,有效率为94.5%;对照组治愈59例,有效71例,有效率为79.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:寿胎丸治疗先兆流产疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Shoutai pills on threatened abortion, preliminarily explore the mechanism. Methods ： A total of 328 patients with threatened abortion meeting the criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 164 patients in each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Shoutai pills, while the patients in control group were treated with dydrogesterone, the curative effects in the two groups were observed after seven days. Results： In treatment group, 81 patients were cured and 74 patients were effective, the effective rate was 94. 5% ; while in control group, 59 patients were cured and 71 patients were effective, the effective rate was 79. 3% , there was statistically significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： The curative effect of Shoutai Dills in treatment of threatened abortion is ~,ood.
