摘要
以景天科植物费菜为试材,采用人工水培技术,测定了Cu2+、Pb2+和Zn2+在费菜体内的转运和富集水平,以期为污染环境的植物修复提供理论依据。结果表明:费菜对水体中的重金属有较强的富集能力,当Cu2+的处理浓度大于240μmol/L时,铜的富集量达到了铜超富集植物水平;同样,当Pb2+浓度>960μmol/L时,地上部Pb2+含量出现饱和,约为730mg/kg,但地下部分Pb2+富集量一直处于增加,达到9 600~16 000mg/kg,当Zn2+浓度>1 500mg/kg时,地上部分Zn2+含量出现饱和,但地下部分Zn2+富集量一直处于增加状态。
Taking Sedium aizoon of Crassulaceae cultured by artificial hydroponic technology as materials, the level of Cu2+ ,Pb2+ and Zn2+ transportation and accumulation in aizoon were determined,in order to provide new plant material for repairing polluted environment. The results showed that aizoon had a stronger ability of accumulating heavy metals in polluted waters. When Cu2+ concentration was more than 240 μmol/L,the enrichment ability of copper had reached to the level of hyper accumulation-plant did. Similarly, when Pb2+ concentration was more than 960 μmol/L, the aboveground part saturated,and the concentration was about 730 mg/kg. However, the Pb2+ concentration of underground part was increasing on the way,and the concentration was 9 600-16 000 mg/kg. When Zn2+ was more than 1 500 mg/kg,the aboveground part saturated, but underground part was in a state of increasing.
