意外抗体在心血管外科手术患者中的分布研究

Analysis of irregular antibody distribution in cardiovascular surgery patients

目的 研究血型意外抗体在心血管外科手术患者中的分布.方法 选择2012年1～12月在我院进行手术备血的12 708例患者,采用微柱凝胶法对受血者血清进行抗体筛查并将抗体筛查阳性标本送至北京市红十字血液中心血型室进行抗体鉴定.结果 在12708份心血管外科手术患者血清中,检出意外抗体74份,检出率为0.58％；特异性抗体包括MNS系统28例（50.91％）、Rh系统16例（29.09％）、Lewis系统4例（7.27％）、Duffy系统3例（5.45％）、Ii系统1例（1.82％）、Kidd系统1例（1.82％）,多系统混合抗体（3.64％）Rh系统中,抗-E分布频率最高,占17％.结论 了解心血管外科手术患者意外抗体的分布规律,可建立心血管外科手术患者意外抗体资料库,为指导疑难血型鉴定和疑难配血提供理论依据.

Objective To investigate the incidence and the distribution characteristics of irregular antibodies of erythrocyte blood groups in 12 708 patients with cardiovascular surgeries.Methods Blood type irregular antibodies of 12 708 patients in our hospital from January 1,2012 to December 31,2012 were detected by microcolumn gel test.Positive samples were then sent to the Beijing Red Cross Blood Center for further characterization.Results A total of 12708 serum samples were analyzed,in which 74 had irregular antibodies,and the total positive rate was 0.58％.The most frequently detected antibodies were anti-M,followed by the anti-E,the anti-Lea,anti-Fyb,anti-I,and anti-Jka.Conclusion The frequency and distribution of irregular red blood cell antibodies in patients with cardiovascular surgeries in our study has provide valuable information for irregular red blood cell antibodies in cardiovascular surgeries blood transfusion.
