摘要
采用控制变量的方法,通过对结构参数系列变化的模型进行有限元模拟分析,得到轴向斜接管与筒体不同直径比、厚度比和中心线夹角对斜接管结构应力分布的影响,并对其最大应力的位置和变化趋势进行了探讨。同时,还分析了斜接管与筒体连接处内侧不同尺寸的圆角对斜接管最大应力的影响。
Through controlling variables and analyzing the change model of structure parameters,the influence of diameter ratio,thickness ratio and the centerline angle of the axial mitered pipe and cylinder on structural stress distribution was obtained,meanwhile,the maximum stress location and value and its change trend were discussed,including the influence of differently-sized fillet inside the cylinder and axial mitered pipe on the maximum structural stress of the axial mitered pipe.
