The Education Predicament and Countermeasures of Occupation Career Planning——Based on the Analysis of Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities

职业生涯规划课程的开设对大学生的未来发展具有重要的意义和指导作用,但目前兴义民族师范学院职业生涯规划教育还存在着许多问题,要解决这些问题,一是要完善职业生涯规划课程体系;二是要融合思想政治教育,引领学生职业生涯规划;三是要开展形式多样的职业生涯规划教育活动;四是要建立专业化、专家化的职业生涯教师指导队伍。

To start the career planning course has great significance and guiding function for the future development of the college students. However, presently, there exist a lot of problems in the career planning education in Xingyi Normal University for Nationalities. To solve these problems, first of all, the career planning course system should be perfected ; secondly, it＇ s necessary to combine ideological and political education with the career planning, guiding the students to make it; thirdly, it＇ s of importance to carry out variety of career planning education activities; fourthly, professional and specialistic guidance teacher team for the career planning should be set up.
