摘要 为了研究不同饲养模式对奶牛健康状况和奶牛品质的影响,本研究选择三种不同饲养模式下的奶牛各30头,采集血样和乳样,检测免疫相关因子和牛奶品质等指标,分析不同饲养模式对奶牛健康和牛奶品质的影响。结果表明,集约化模式(CF型)的牛奶产量高于不完全集约化模式(IF型)的奶牛,IF型高于粗放饲养模式(EF型)(P>0.05);CF型奶牛的乳蛋白率高于IF型和EF型(P<0.05),EF型乳脂率高于CF型和IF型(P<0.05),EF型牛奶的体细胞数(SCC)显著高于CF型和IF型(P<0.05)。EF型奶牛血液相关免疫指标IgA、IgG、TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6等均显著高于CF型和IF型(P<0.05)。可以得出,EF型奶牛的牛奶产量、牛奶品质和健康状况均低于CF型和IF型。 In order to study the effect of different feeding forms, such as complete intensive feeding form(CF), incomplete intensive feeding form (IF) and extensive feeding form (EF) on milk performance and health status in dairy cows. A total of 30 cows in each form were chosen to record milk production, and the milk and blood samples were collected to analyze milk quality and determine some immune related factors which connected to its healthy status. The results showed that milk production of EF was lower than CF and IF. The indexes concerns milk quality in EF was generally poorer than CF and IF reflected in milk protein was lower than CF and IF, and its SCC and milk fat percentage was higher than CF and IF. hnmune tactors in El, such as immune globulin lgA and IgG, and IL-6 were significantly higher than IF and CF, indicate that the evidences concerned pointed that CF was superior to IF and EF. and cellular immunocytokines, such as TNF-a, IL-1β immune state in those of EF were activated.
