已婚妇女生殖道感染现状分析

Analysis on infection status of reproductive tract of married women

目的观察已婚妇女生殖道感染现状,为探讨如何降低其发病率,以及提高其防治水平提供依据。方法回顾分析2012年1-6月在我院体检科普查的已婚妇女的临床资料。结果已婚妇女生殖道感染检出率64.13%。发病率由高到低依次为:宫颈炎36.98%,外阴、阴道炎28.99%,盆腔炎5.03%。不同年龄段RTI检出率间的差别有显著意义(χ2=4.585,P<0.05)。结论已婚妇女极易受到生殖道感染的威胁,严重影响了妇女身心健康。加大生殖健康知识的宣传、积极开展妇女病普查普治、跟踪治疗、系统服务是降低其发病率,提高其防治办法的有效措施。

Objective To observe the infection status of reproductive tract of married women, so as to study how to reduce the incidence, and provide basis for improving its prevention and control level. Methods The clini- cal data of married women in our hospital medical branch from January to June in 2012 were reviewed. Results The infection rate of married women~ reproductive tract was 64. 13% , and the incidence was ranked from high to low： cervicitis 36.98% , vulva, vaginitis, 28.99% , pelvic inflammatory disease 5.03%. The differ- ences of positive rate of RTI in different age were significant （X2 = 4. 585, P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Married women were extremely vulnerable to the threat of reproductive tract infections, which seriously affected the women physical and mental health. Increasing the reproductive health knowledge publicity, actively carrying out the general survey, tracking them, setting up system treatment services are effective measures to reduce its incidence and improving the preventive measures.
