摘要
本研究较全面地概括了纤维素酶的各种测定方法 ,对于酶的不同组分有不同的测定方法 。
Natural cellulose was hydrolyzed by three kinds of enzyme. The structure of cellulose molecular was different, and cellulose was undissolved. So methods for determination of cellulase activity were different. There was no standard method.This paper summarized methods for determination of cellulase activity.There was special method for special component.
