摘要
本研究以啤酒花茎段离体培养为试验系统 ,研究了啤酒花试管苗形成过程中过氧化酶和酯酶活性 ,过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶谱带及可溶性蛋白含量上的差异。结果表明 ,在啤酒花试管苗的形成过程中 ,可溶性蛋白含量的变化呈波动上升趋势 ,过氧化物酶和酯酶的酶活性及谱带都有不同程度的变化 ,两种酶的活性峰与试管苗形态发生的各个阶段相对应 ;且不同的发育阶段谱带也发生着变化 ,并产生新的谱带 。
The stems of Hop (Humulus Lupulus L.) were cultured to study the laws of biochemical characteristics during the course of plant regeneration. The results indicated that there were changes of different degree in the activities and bands of esterase (NSE) and peroxidase (POD).Both the peaks of the activities of NSE and POD corresponded with the morphological characters during the course.There were also formed some specific bands in the different stages of plant regeneration.Besides, the content of soluble protein were also changed in the formation of vitro plant.The relations between morphogenetic and soluble protein were discussed.
