本文结合越南CSVC冷轧工程监理实践,介绍了1750mm五机架六辊连轧机组机械设备安装工程质量控制的指导思想、监控方法及措施,重要阐述了连轧机组安装的监理控制,并提出了安装监理必须加强技术管理工作,注重工程设备安装过程中各工序、环节的控制,才能有效保障监理目标的实现。

This article, based on the practice of Vietnam CSVC cold rolling supervision, introduced guiding principles and supervision methods and measures taken in quality control of installation supervision on the 1750mm five-stand six-roll tandem mill. The article highlighted the tandem mill installation supervision control, emphacized on enhancing technology management in installation supervision, and strongly suggested installation process control on each step and procedure in order to effectively achieve the goals of supervision control.
