气化炉是煤炭气化装置的核心设备,其制造特点是尺寸大、结构复杂、工艺难度大、质量要求高、工期要求紧,即使企业有较完整的质量保证体系,由于材料、设备、管理、人员等多种因素的影响,在制造过程中,还是存在一些漏洞和不足。本文根据监理实践,探讨了在设备制造环节中设备监理工作需要管理的重点、要点,凭借这些监理经验,有效地提升了气化炉的制造品质。

Gasification Furnace is the core of the coal gasification equipment. The embedded challenges in manufacturing gasification furnace include： large size, complex structure, highly difficult technique, high quality demand, and stringent schedule. Even for the manufacturers which already developed a comprehensive quality assurance system, deficiency and loophole occurs due to material, equipment, management, and personnel problems. This article, based on the supervision practices, discussed the focus and the essence of the plant supervision ac- tivities in plant manufacturing. The experiences accumulated from the supervision lead to an effective improvement in the manufacturing quality of gasification furnace.
