摘要 目的:考察超临界CO2萃取法(SFE-CO2法)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD法)提取的凤尾草挥发油化学成分差别。方法:采用SFE-CO2法和SD法提取凤尾草中的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析鉴定其化学成分,用面积归一化法测定各化合物的相对含量。结果:从SFE-CO2法提取的挥发油中鉴定出27种成分,从SD法提取的挥发油中鉴定出45种成分,两者共有成分11种。结论:两种方法提取得到的挥发油化学成分及相对含量有明显差异。 Objective :To compare the chemical components of essential oil extracted by supereritieal CO2 fluid extraction (SFE- CO2 ) and steam distillation extraction(SD) from Pteris multifida. Methods:The essential oil of Pteris multifida was extracted by SFE- CO2 and SD. The chemical components of essential oil were separated and analyzed by GC-MS. Their relative contents were determined by normalization of peak area. Results : Twenty - seven compounds in the essential oil extracted by SFE-CO2 and 45 compounds in the essential oil extracted by SD were identified respectively. There were 11 common components. Conclusion:The chemical components of essential oil extracted by SEE-CO2 are different from that extracted by SD.
