合约实施制度对中国出口商品结构变化影响研究

A Study on the Effect of Contract Enforcing Institution on the Changes of China Export Commodity Structure

运用包含合约实施制度和产业合约密集度、劳动力禀赋和产业的劳动力密集度、资本要素禀赋和产业的资本密集度的交叉项构成的模型,并分析这三类要素对不同产业出口的影响机理,重点验证合约实施制度环境对不同合约密集度产业出口的影响。结果发现:合约实施质量的提高更有助于合约密集度大的产业出口。这是我国改革开放以来制度环境改善带来不同合约密集度的产业出口绩效出现显著差异的根本原因之一。

In this paper, we build a model containing the cross-terms of contract enforcing insti- tution and industry contract intensity, labor endowments and industry labor intensity, capital en- dowments and industry capital intensity, make an analysis on the effect mechanism of three kinds of factors on different industry exports, and especially prove the impact of contract enforcing environ- ment on different contract intensity industries. It shows that the improvement of contract enforcing quality is beneficial for increasing the exports of high contract intensity industry, and it is one of the reasons leading to obvious differences of industry export performance of different contract intensity caused by the improvement of institution environment since the policy of inform and opening-up.
