摘要
金融控股公司是全球金融业混业经营的大势所趋,经过多年的发展,我国金融控股公司已初具雏形,但在模式选择和业务的发展上与国外大型金融集团差距仍然很大。本文通过分析国际金融投股公司的发展模式,建议国内金融机构可以根据自身情况选择设立纯粹金融控股公司、打造业务平台、转向业务部模式等发展路径。
Mixed operation of the financial holding company is the trend of global financial industry. After years of development, China＇ s financial holding companies have begun to take shape, but still far behind the major financial groups abroad in the mode and the operational capacity. According to their own situation, domestic financial institu- tions may choose to set up the pure financial holding company, build customer centric business platform, or change in- to the business mode.
