Supported by the payment system and bank modernization project of the World Bank, and the Hyundai Information Technology Company Ltd, the Vietnam inter bank electronic payment system started running from 2002. The Vietnam inter bank electronic payment system greatly improves the payment services in the economy by accelerat- ing circulation of funds and international service. This paper studies the process of Vietnam inter bank electronic pay- ment system, analyzes its inspiration to China.
