高校图书馆开展科研数据管理与共享服务调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Research Data Management and Sharing Services by Academic Libraries

选取US News发布的世界大学排行榜前50所高校的图书馆作为调查对象,了解其开展科研数据管理与共享服务的情况,发现开展科研数据服务是高校图书馆在e-Science环境下深化服务的要求和趋势,这些图书馆开展的服务主要有科研数据管理介绍与指南、数据监护、数据管理培训、数据管理咨询、相关工具与资源的推荐等。提出对中国大陆高校图书馆开展科研数据管理与共享服务的借鉴与启示:加强与利益相关者的合作、重视科研数据管理专门人才的教育和培养、充分利用相关资源与服务、重视数据引用和知识产权教育等。

This paper selects the top 50 tmiversities＇ libraries of the World＇s Best Universities released by US News as samples, in order to investigate and analyze their research data servic〈 The findings show that research data service has become an objective de- mand and inevitable tendency in the e-science environment, and the service provided by academic libraries mainly includes introduction, monitoring, training, consultation, tools and resources recommendation of research data management. Based on the findings, some enlightenments and strategies for Chinese academic libraries to develop research data service are proposed, including enhancing coopera- tion with stakeholders, attaching great importance to the cultivation of research data specialists, making full use of relative resources and services, and cultivating the researchers＇ awareness of data citation and imellectual property.
