摘要
自助图书馆服务在国内迅速发展,业务外包在其管理中具有重要作用。文章通过文献研究和问卷调查,介绍国内外自助图书馆服务实践情况;总结自助图书馆外包的内容,主要分为系统和设备的研发、日常维护维修、物流管理、读者培训四大部分;分析自助图书馆外包的特点和相应对策,并将深圳图书馆"城市街区24小时自助图书馆系统"作为个案研究,从外包的基本情况、外包的内容、外包的管理模式、影响其成功外包的关键因素、外包效果的总体评价5个方面进行分析阐述,提出今后自助图书馆的外包应在经费、流程规范、质量控制进一步完善。
Self-service library has got a rapid development interiorly, and outsourcing plays an important role in it. This paper makes an overview of the practice of selPservice libraries in China and other countries, and also summarizes the contents of out sourcing of the self-service libraries, including the research and development of systems and equipment, routine maintenance and repair, logistics management, and reader training. It analyses the peculiarities and countermeasures. From five aspects of outsourcing, basic situation, contents, management models, key factors for successful outsourcing and evaluation, the paper takes Shenzhen Library 24 hours self-service library system as a case to study. At last it suggests that the funding problems, process specifications, and quality control should be improved in the future.
