摘要
图书馆"去职业化"的现象日益明显,文章在介绍"去职业化"的概念、主要表现形式的基础上,分析了"去职业化"产生的原因,提出不要局限于对图书馆发展与变革的职业担忧,而是客观、全面地看待图书馆员职业化建设的实质性问题,找寻提升馆员职业竞争力的有效措施。
＂De-professionalization＂ of librarianship has become apparent increasingly, this paper introduces the concept and the main forms of ＂de-professionalization＂, analyses its causes, and proposes to take a view of the substantive issues of librarian- ship professionalization objectively and comprehensively instead of worrying about the development and changes in library pro- fession, thus seeking for effective measures to enhance the professional competitiveness of librarians.
