摘要
金新化工5080工程原水处理站设计规模36 000m3/d,采用地下水作为水源,原水通过净化处理后采用分质分压供水的模式向厂区供水。水质分析结果表明,原水水质指标中总硬度、总碱度、总铁和电导率超标。为保证供水水质达到厂区生产用水标准,采用脱气—石灰软化—混凝澄清—锰砂过滤处理工艺,并对排泥水、反冲洗废水进行回用和污泥处理。介绍了原水处理站各构筑物的工艺参数及关键技术。运行实践表明,该工艺设计合理,出水水质达到了设计标准。
The design capacity of the raw water treatment station of Jinxin Chemical 5080 Project is 36 000 m3/d. The groundwater was used as water source. The purified water was supplied to the plant in a water supply mode with dual-quality and dual-pressure. Water quality analysis results showed that the raw water quality indicators of total hardness, total alkalinity, total iron and conductivity all exceeded the codes. To ensure the water quality for the plant production, the degassing-lime softening-coagulation and clarification-manganese sand filtration treatment processes were used, the sludge discharge wastewater and back-washing wastewater were reused, and the discharged sludge was also treated. This paper introduced the main process parameters and key technologies of different raw water constructions. The operation practice showed that this process design was proper and the effluent water quality met the design standard.
