摘要
介绍了常用的高盐废水处理工艺及其存在的弊端,针对高盐废水盐浓度大、杂质多、具有潜在安全风险等特点,提出采用冷冻脱硝—纳滤—热泵蒸发技术处理含硫酸钠及氯化钠高盐废水,阐述了此技术的主要技术原理及工艺特性,并通过工程实例分析,指出该工艺具有处理效果好、真正实现零排放、节约能源和降低成本等优点,最后对其应用前景进行了展望。
This paper introduced the conventional technologies in high salinity wastewater treatment and their draw-backs. Based on the characteristics of high salinity wastewater including high concentration, multi-impurities, and potential risk, the process of refrigeration denitration- nanofiltration-heat pump evaporation was proposed to treat the high salinity wastewater containing sodium sulfate and sodium chloride. The main technical principles of this process and its process characteristics were introduced. Through the analysis of its practical engineering application, its advantages of good treatment, zero discharge, energy conservation, and low cost were explained, and its future application prospect was also introduced.
