摘要
电化学抛光速度快,效果好,目前已广泛应用于机械工业和电镀工业。但用70~#高碳钢制作的钢丝圈目前大多仍采用六角滚筒回转式木屑抛光。本文介绍了钢丝圈电化学抛光的工艺配方及高碳钢电化学抛光机理。指出高碳钢在H_3PO_4—CrO_3体系抛光液中能得到较理想的抛光效果。其机理主要是在阳极表面形成粘液膜和钝化膜的阻化作用所致。
Due to good results and short time needed, electro-chemical polish now is used widely in machinery and electroplating industries. But travellers made of 70^(?) steel are still polished mostly by rotary hexagonal drums with wood scrapers. This treatise introduces the technological formulation of the electrochemical polish of fravellers and the mechanism of hi-carbon steel polishing. It points out that high carbon steel may get ideal polish in the polishing liquor Of H_3PO_4-CrO_3 system, the mechanism is that the mucilaginous film and blunted film formed on the anodic surface jointly stop the solution of the metal.
