钢丝经研化后,其表面颜色有差异。酸洗温度低,钢丝表面有权小的黑色颗粒。试验表明:该黑色物为Fe_3C。Fe_3C的溶解受温度、HCI浓度和FeCI_2浓度的影响大小不一。对此三因素要优选,才能节约材料,提高磷化质量。
After phosphorisation, the colour of wire's surface turns different. With acid cleaning at low temperature, fine black grains occur on thewire's surface. Experiments show that the black grains are Fe_3C and the solubility of Fe_3C is affected by three factors: temperature, concentration of HCL and FeCl_2, which should be optimized so as to save material consumption and upgrade phosphorizing process.
