生成性理论困境中的文化遗产学

A Study on the Generative Theoretical Predicament of Cultural Heritology

经历了早期的飞速发展后,文化遗产学逐渐陷入一种"生成性学理困境",主要表现在学科定位、研究范围、基础理论及研究范式等方面。其原因当归于研究中存在的三种思维定式:以特殊性代替普遍性、以实践原则代替学术认知、以主观规定性代替客观规定性。要突破困境,除了打破思维定式之外,还应在遗产概念、遗产价值、遗产对人性的反构造、遗产保护与中国文化现代性关系、遗产法的精神等基础研究领域做出努力。

After the boom in its early years, the cultural heritage studies are in a Generative Theoretical Predicament which manifests as indeterminate disciplinary orientation, undefined field of study, absence of basic theory, and insufficiency of methodology. Actually, the predicament is a consequence of three thinking formularies in research ： substituting the particu- larity for the universality, the practical principles for the academic cognitions, and the subjective for the objective prescrip- tive nature. To break through the situation, researchers should pay more attention not only to avoiding the thinking formu- laries, but also to questions like definition, value, inverse construction to human nature, heritage conservation and Moder- nity of Chinese Culture, nature of heritage laws, etc.
