摘要
针对乳化液介质的特点,对超高压大流量安全阀的核心技术问题进行了研究,设计了一种新的液压支架用超高压大流量先导式安全阀,其公称压力为50 MPa,公称流量为2 000 L/min;并建立了该安全阀的数学模型,并用AMESim软件对该安全阀进行了仿真分析。
Based on the characteristics of the emulsion medium, this article studies on the core technology of high flow safety valve with super pressure and designs a new kind of high flow pilot operated safety valve with super pressure which used on the hydraulic roof support. The nominal pressure of this valve is 50 MPa and nominal flow rate is 2 000 L/min. This article also sets up the mathematical model of safety valve and uses AMESim software to conduct simulation analysis on safety valve.
