摘要
在可调喷嘴涡轮的设计思路的基础上,对喷嘴在大开度、中间开度和小开度3种状态下的气动参数、几何参数和叶型进行设计计算,对设计好的增压器进行试验研究,与原型增压器的柴油机相比得出该增压器使原型柴油机的性能大幅度提高,并解决了发动机高速运转时增压过度且低速时动力不足的问题。
Based on the design idea of the variable nozzle turbocharger. Design and computed the aerodynamic parameters, geometrical parameters and the shape of blade at fully-open, intermediately- open, and fully-closed positions, experimental study on turbocharger designed, compared with prototype diesel engine with prototype turbocharger showed that the prototype diesel engine performance greatly improved, and solved the problem of excessive supercharging at high engine speed and lack of torque at low engine speed.
