摘要
喷雾是矿井生产中常用的一种除尘灭尘方法,其使用效果对煤矿安全生产和矿工的身体健康影响较大。针对神华集团乌海能源公司平沟煤矿除尘系统幕在使用中存在的问题,通过数值拟合技术和现场实测的结合,完善了除尘系统喷嘴的设计,并对其进行了合理的改造,有效地解决了1604工作面产尘量大、粉尘浓度高的问题,达到了预期的灭尘效果。不仅确保了工作面生产的本质安全,还保障职工工作环境和身心健康。
Spraying is a commonly-used dedusting method in the mine producing, the effect of which really does harm to both the miners' safety and health. According to the existing problems in the usage of the dedusting system in Pinggou Coal Mine of Shenhua Group Wuhai Energy Company, the writer has perfected and reasonably reformed the design of the nozzle in the dedusting system by data fitting combined with field measurement. Thus it is effectively resolved that the 1604 mining face produced large amount of dust with high concentration, and achieved the desired result, that is, not only ensured safe producing on the mining face, but guaranteed the miners a favorable working environment.
