摘要
通过拉伸、冲击及硬度的测试和金相组织观察研究低碳Si-Mn系TRIP锚杆用钢的热处理工艺。结果表明,通过790℃加热保温,380℃等温30 min,油冷到室温后可以得到三相组织,得到最好的综合性能为25 575 MPa×%,其中抗拉强度为825 MPa,延伸率为31%,其冲击韧性和硬度分别为48 J/cm2和258 HB,同时综述了TRIP钢生产成本以及其发展和应用前景,为解决汽车工业发展和煤矿巷道支护安全中同时具有高强度和高塑性材料选择提供新的途径。
The heat treatment technology of low carbon Si-Mn steel were studied by tensile test, hardness test,impact toughness and metallographic structure. The results show that this steel could obtain three-phase organization after heating and holding a period of time at 790 ℃ and isothermal holding at 380 ℃ for 30 mins. The overall performance,the tensile strength.the elongation.the impact toughness and the hardness were respectively 27 225 MPax% ,825 MPa,33% ,47 J/cm^2 and 217 HB. At the same time this article summarized the TRIP cost of production and its development and application prospect. To solve the auto industry development and security of coal mine security, it supported the new material selection in both high strength and high plasticity.
