摘要
利用老矿井原采用的工字钢支腿Π形梁支护所遗留的大量工字钢支腿,装配单圆弧U形钢可伸缩拱顶,实现支护的可伸缩性,避免老矿井大量工字钢支腿的上井和废弃,节约资金。根据现场提供的条件和要求,对U形钢可伸缩拱顶进行了结构设计,并根据有关标准对结构进行了仿真有限元受力分析和现场试验,开发了工字钢支腿加配U形钢可伸缩拱顶的支护方式。
