摘要
探讨了截割硬岩时截割线速度对截齿受力和应力分布的作用情况,通过Pro/E三维建模,利用ANSYS对不同截割线速度下截齿受力情况进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,随着截割线速度的增加,截齿所受最大应力减小,而随着线速度的继续增加,最大应力值减小的幅度降低。
The effect of the cutting pick stress with different cutting linear velocity was analyzed by using Pro/E and ANSYS finite element method. The result showed: as the cutting linear velocity raised, the cutting pick stress brought down. When the cutting linear velocity raised further, the reduce amplitude of the maximum stress slowed down.
