摘要
针对某煤矿设备厂所设计的50 t立井提升箕斗,利用离散单元法建立箕斗斗箱内的物料堆积模型并获得箕斗斗箱各壁面所受载荷大小,在有限元工具中进行建模加载,得出箕斗在满载状态下斗箱壁板的受力变化,为大型箕斗结构优化改进提供依据。
Based on the discrete element method, material accumulation model of the skip designed by the coal mine equipment factory is built and the load of the skip bucket box is obtained. Loading the results into the finite element modeling tools and the wall stress change of the skip bucket can be analyzed, and also the improvement of the large skip structure will be provided for the designer.
