摘要
利用齿轮微观修形方法结合Masta专业齿轮设计软件,最终实现齿轮微观修形优化设计。通过修形前后的对比分析可知,齿轮微观修形能使轮齿在啮合交替过程中,降低冲击载荷,减小了振动,使运转趋于平稳,同时也能提高齿轮的承载能力。
Based on the micro gear modification method professional gear design software Masta was used to ultimately optimize gear micro-modification design. By comparing before and after modification analysis, gear modification can reduce the impact load and vibration, make the operation stabilized, and improve the carrying capacity of the gear in the process of tooth gear meshing alternately.
