大角度俯采工作面采煤机的优化改进措施

Optimization Measures of Shearer at Large Depression Seam

采煤机在大角度俯采时,经常会出现装煤效果差,行走轮和导向滑靴严重磨损,液压系统发生故障等情况。针对上述问题提出了相应的改进措施。经过改进后,大大降低了采煤机故障的频率,提高了生产效率。

Shearer often appears coal poor loading effect,severe wear of mobile round and slip- oriented, the hydraulic system failure at large depression seam. On account of the problem, the relevant optimization improvement measures are proposed. By improvement of shearer,the faults frequency has been greatly reduced, the production efficiency has been improved.
