摘要
研究了提升钢丝绳的生产加工工艺和现场使用情况,分析了提升钢丝绳发生早期失效的原因,提出了提升钢丝绳加工工艺的改进措施,同时研制了一种新型的连接器装置,该装置可以有效平衡提升钢丝绳在使用过程中产生的扭转力,能够有效延长提升钢丝绳的使用寿命,提高了矿井提升工作的安全性。
This paper studies the production process and the field use state of the hoisting rope , analysis the reason for early failure occurs of the hoisting rope, puts forward improving measures of processing technology of the hoisting rope, and developes a new type of connector device, the device can effectively balance torsional forces generated during using the hoisting rope, it is possible to effectively prolong the service life of the hoisting rope, which improve the safety in the mine hoisting work.
