摘要
矿用通风机是保障井下安全生产的重要设备,而现有的安全监控系统存在设计过于简单,监测内容不全面等问题。针对系统测控问题,提出了基于STM32的风机安全监控系统的设计,阐述了系统的总体设计方案和软硬件实现。该系统实现了对通风机各参数的实时监测,具有功耗低、高性能、实时性强、易开发等特点。
Mine ventilator is one of the most important equipments that ensure safe production in mine, but the design of existing safety monitoring system is too simple and monitoring information is not comprehensive. This paper proposes a design of data acquisition system for surface mine ventilation shaft based on STM32, and expatiates on its overall design scheme and realization of software and hardware. The system realizes the real-time monitor of ventilators parameters, with low power consumption,high performance,excellent real-time and easy development etc.
