摘要 为了实现采煤机健康状况的实时监测与故障诊断,使采煤机能够长时间处于最佳运行状态,结合电子领域研究热点嵌入式技术,提出了一种基于嵌入式Linux的采煤机状态监测与故障诊断系统设计方案,研究了电牵引采煤机状态监测与故障诊断系统的总体设计、工作原理和软硬件实现,结果表明:该系统设计能够较好实现采煤机的状态监测与故障诊断,具有一定的实用价值。 In order to achieve the shearer health status of real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis , to make shearer run at its best for long time, combined with today's electronic research focus in the field of embedded technology, the paper presents a design of shearer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on embedded Linux, researches the overall design of the electrical traction shearer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, working principle and hardware and software implementation, the results show that: the system is designed to better achieve the shearer condition monitoring and fault diagnosis ,and it has some practical value.
