摘要 利用离子色谱结合紫外检测的方法分析了t9一甲苯磺酸根离子液体阴离子。样品经处理后,采用季铵型阴离子交换柱分离,紫外检测器检测。考察了检测波长及流动相组成等对离子保留和分离的影响,优化了色谱条件,并讨论了保留规律。在220nm检测波长下,以1.0mmol/L柠檬酸一体积分数15%乙腈(pH5.0)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃,P-甲苯磺酸根可以较好的分离测定,且常见无机阴离子(Cl^-,NO3^-)不干扰测定。在0.1—50mg/L范围内,线性回归方程的相关系数为0.9992。检出限(S/N=3)为30μg/L,峰面积的相对标准偏差在1%以下。将此方法应用于合成的P-甲苯磺酸根离子液体样品。加标回收率为101%。 In this article, a method of ion chromatography with ultraviolet detection was used in the analysis of ptoluenesulfonate ionic liquid anion. The analyte was separated on a quaternary ammonium type anion exchange column and detected by an ultraviolet detector. The effects of detection wavelength and the composition of the mobile phase on the retention and separation of p-toluenesulfonate were investigated. The chromatographic conditions were optimized, and the retention rules were discussed. At a wavelength of 220 nm, when 1.0 mmo]/L citric acid - 15% (V/V) acetonitrile ( pH 5.0 ) were used as the mobile phase with a column temperature of 40~C and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, good determination results could be aequired, and other common inorganic anions (CI-, NO3-) did not interfere with the determination. In the range of 0. 1-50 mg/L, the correlation coefficient of linear regression equation was 0. 9992. The detection limit (S/N = 3) was 30 ixg/L. The relative standard deviation was below 1%. The method was apphed to the analysis of p-toluenesulfonate ionic liquid samples, and the spiked recovery was 101%. The method is reliable, sensitive and highly selective.
