含均三唑席夫碱钛(Ⅳ)配合物的合成及其与DNA的相互作用 被引量:4

Synthesis of Ti(Ⅳ)-complexes of 1,2,4-triazole schiff base and interaction with DNA by spectrometric techniques

摘要 合成了一个新型的含均三唑的席夫碱Ti(Ⅳ)配合物,利用元素分析,1H NMR,MS,FT-IR及摩尔电导进行了结构表征。结果表明,含均三唑席夫碱配体与Ti(Ⅳ)形成2:1型非电解质配合物。在生理条件下,以吖啶橙作为光谱探针,采用UV和荧光光谱方法研究配合物(LT)与鲱鱼精DNA的作用机制。结果表明目标配合物LT与DNA之间的作用机制为嵌插作用和静电作用。此外,热力学研究推导了LT结合DNA为焓驱动反应。 To discover the novel bioactivities of non-platinum metallic prodrug,a novel Ti( IV )-com-plex ot 1 ,2, 4-Triazole Schiff Base derivatives was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,Ill NMR, IR, mass spectrometry and molar conductance. The coordination molar ratio of the ligand to metalion was 2 : 1, and the molar conductivity indicated that all the complex is nonelectrolyte. The UV-vis spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy were applied to study of the mechanism of the interaction between title complex (LT) and herring sperm DNA by using acridine orange as a spectral probe in Tris-HC1 buffer ( pH 7.4). The results suggested that the intercalation and electrostatic binding should be the two major modes for interaction between LT and herring sperm DNA. And the results deduce that the interaction between LT and DNA is an enthalpy driven reaction.
