摘要
基于肌酸酐和碱性苦味酸的反应,建立了顺序注射在线稀释快速测定人体液中肌酸酐的光度分析新方法。在选定的实验条件下,肌酸酐浓度在10—1000mg/L的范围内与吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(R)为0.9991。对200mg/L肌酸酐溶液连续平行测定11次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.2%。用于实际尿样分析,测定结果与手工方法无显著性差异。
A spectrophotometrie method coupled to sequential injection online dilution for the determination of ereatinine in human urine samples was proposed, based on the classical Jaffe reaction of creatinine with alkaline pierate. Under optimized conditions, the linear range was 10-1000 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9991. The relative standard deviation ( n = II ) was I. 2% for 200 mg/L creatinine. The method was successfully applied to the determination of creatinine in human urine samples, and the results obtained for on- line dilution procedure were in agreement with those of manual standard procedure.
