摘要
建立了同时测定果蔬汁饮料中11种酚酸化合物的反相高效液相色谱方法。采用WondaSilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈和体积分数0.5%乙酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,流速1.0mL/min,波长为280nm和330nm。在1.0—50.0mg/L的线性范围内,11种酚酸的相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差均小于2%,回收率为90.2%~102.2%,检出限为0.015~0.030mg/L。
A method of simultaneous determination of 11 phenolic acids in fruit and vegetable juice drinks by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography was established. Separation was performed on a WondaSil Cis column (4. 6 mm ×50 mm,5 μm) at 35 ℃y gradient elution. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with 0. 5% acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelengths were 280 nm and 330 nm. The linears ranges of phenolic acids were in the range of 1.0 ~ 50. 0 mg/L. The correlation coefficients for the regression equations were all higher than 0. 999 when relative standard deviations were all less than 2%. The recoveries for the phenolic acids determined were in the range of 90. 2%- 102. 2% and the detection limit of the method was ranged from 0. 015 to 0. 030 mg/L.
