Determination of Ce Content in LiCoO_2 by ICP-MS

建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱（ICP—MS）测定钴酸锂中铈的分析方法。通过实验优化了质谱仪工作条件，确定了铈的测量同位素，标准曲线线性相关系数R。为0．9999；方法回收率为97％-102％；检出限为0．042μg／L；定量限为0．14μg／L，RSD为1．3％，方法已用于实际样品分析。

A method for the determination of Ce content in LiCoO2 by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was developed. The experimental operating conditions of ICP-MS were optimized, and Ce isotope was determined. The calibration curve was linear in the test range, and the correlation coefficient R2 was 0. 9999. The recoveries weres 97% - 102%, the detection limit was 0. 042μg/L; the quantification limit was 0. 14 μg/L and RSD was 1.3%. The proposed method has been used in the analysis of practical samples
