摘要
[目的]明确10%溴氰虫酰胺油悬浮剂对稻纵卷叶螟的防治效果及使用剂量。[方法]采用田间茎叶喷雾法检测防治效果,以邓肯氏新复极差法检验差异显著性。【结果】10%溴氰虫酰胺油悬浮剂20~40ga.i.mm^2剂量处理,药后15d,保叶效果85.80%-90.60%,防虫效果90.55%-94.24%,与20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂30ga.i./hm^2的防效相当,比40%毒死蜱乳油600ga.i./hm^2的防效好。【结论】10%溴氰虫酰胺油悬浮剂1).220-40ga.i./hm^2剂量处理能有效控制稻纵卷叶螟的为害,可以在生产上推广应用。
[Aims] The aims of the research is to confirm the efficacy and the optimum dosage of cyantraniliprole 10% OF on controlling Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Guen6e in rice field. [Methods] Using the method of field spray on stems-leaves of rice, the efficacy of cyantraniliprole 10% OF against C. medinalis was determined. And the Duncan's new multiple range test (DMRT) was used to analyze and test the significance of differences. [Results] On the 15th day after treatment with dosage of 20-40 g a.i./ha of cyantraniliprole 10% OF, the protective effect on rice leaves was 85,80-90.60%, the insecticidal effect on larvae of C. medinalis was 90.55-94.24%. The results indicated that there were no significant difference of efficacy between the cyantraniliprole and the chlorantraniliprole 20% SC of 30 g a.i./ha. But compared with the chlorpyrifos 40% EC of 600 g a.i./ha, the cyantraniliprole performed better control effect on the C. medinalis. [Conclusions] The dosage of 20-40 g a.i./ha of cyantraniliprole 10% OF could effectively control the damage by C. medinalis, it can be applied and extended in rice to guarantee the safety of grain production..
