The paper introduced the present world pesticide market development and current production, import and export situation of Chinese pesticide industry in recent 10 years. A series of pesticide policy, affected the pesticide industry in our country. Learning from successful examples of integration pesticide companies, we believed mergers and acquisitions were necessary and predictable for Chinese pesticide industry and some suggestions were proposed as well.
