某院质子泵抑制剂使用情况分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Proton Pump Inhibitors in a Hospital

目的:对某院2010-2012年质子泵抑制剂的使用情况进行分析,为临床提供参考。方法:从该院信息管理系统中提取2010-2012年质子泵抑制剂的使用情况,利用统计学方法对质子泵抑制剂的品种、用药量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行回顾性分析。结果:质子泵抑制剂的销售金额和用药频度总体呈增长态势,奥美拉唑肠溶片、注射用奥美拉唑用药量及用药金额呈逐年递减趋势。所有质子泵抑制剂的排序比均趋向于1。结论:该院质子泵抑制剂临床用药情况基本合理。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization of proton pump inhibitors （PPI） in a hospital during 2010--2012 and pro- vide reference for the clinic. METHODS： Retrospective analysis was applied to analyze the varieties, consumption quantity, con- sumption sum, DDDs and DDC of PPI during 2010- 2012 by using the theory of statistics via the hospital network system. RE- SULTS ： The consumption sum and DDDs of PPI were increasing overall. But the consumption amount and DDDs of Omeprazole ECT and Omeprazole for injection were decreasing year by year. The sort ratio of all PPI trended to be 1. CONCLUSIONS： The clinical utilization of PPI in the hospital is reasonable basically.
