醇胺类外加剂对大掺量混合材复合水泥水化过程的影响研究

摘要 研究加醇胺类外加剂的复合硅酸盐水泥物理性能的变化,并利用XRD、SEM、水化热等方法分析其水化过程。试验结果表明:醇胺类外加剂提高了混合材掺量28%的复合水泥强度,28d抗压强度最大提高了12.4 MPa;加醇胺类外加剂的复合水泥具有较高的水化放热量,72h的水化放热量提高了132.7%,水泥体系的水化速率相对较快,水化程度较高。 The change of physical properties of composite cement with alcamines admixture was studied, and the hy- dration process was analysed by XRD, SEM and hydration heat. The results indicate that alcamines admixture improves the strength of composite cement mixed with 28% blending minerals. The compressive strength at 28 d maximum increased 12. 4 MPa. The exothermic hydration heat of composite cement with alcamines admixture raised 132.7% in 72 hours, and this cement system maintains a relatively higher hydration rate and degree.
