片碱-磷石膏对电石渣-粉煤灰体系活化和微观结构的影响

Activation and Microstructure Effect of Caustic Soda/Phosphogypsum to Acetylene Sludge/Fly Ash System

摘要 通过XRD及SEM分析,研究了片碱-磷石膏激活剂对应用于高等级公路路面基层的电石渣-粉煤灰体系水化产物性能及微观结构的影响。研究表明:电石渣-粉煤灰体系结合料的水化产物主要有水化硅铝酸钙以及钙矾石;片碱-磷石膏激活剂可以明显加快粉煤灰的解体,其凝胶和纤维状的水化产物之间相互连接得更加紧密,有效的提高了结合料的整体强度和工程应用能力。 Through the XRD and SEM analysis, this paper researched activation and microstructure effect of caustic soda/phosphogypsum activtor to hydration products of acetylene sludge/fly ash system used in high grade highway pavement base. The research results show the hydration products of acetylene sludge/fly ash system mostly is calcium aluminate and ettringite. The effect and content of hydration products is slow and low under the natural condition. But the caustic soda/phosphogypsum activator can significantly speed up the disintegration of fly ash. The geI and fibrous hydration products connete to each other more closely. The gap of hydration products is significantly smaller and this effectively improve the overall strength and engineering application ability of binder.
